Note - for any of our rooms, the capacities quoted must not be exceeded, otherwise we reserve the right to refuse admission or stop the event.
Discounts: Charity/Social Enterprise: 40% Weekly: 25% Monthly: 15% Multiple Bookings Per Annum: 5%
Day Rates: Day rates apply for hires of 8 hours or more; Large Hall - £336; Lesser Hall - £240; other rooms - £120. This price only applies where no additional costs are incurred eg for cleaning, opening/locking etc and is not available in combination with any other discount.
Facilities
- Sound systems are available in both Halls, stage lighting in the Large Hall only
- Stage extension and tiered seating for the Large Hall stage
- Kitchen facilities are available with some rooms, see above for kitchen charges
- Wheelchair access to all rooms
- Bar service available
- Catering – limited services available direct from HCHCT, or you are free to arrange your own – Food Hygiene Certificate must be provided if a public event.
- Hirers are responsible for their own set up and are asked to dismantle and clear rooms to ensure they are ready for the next hirer
- A variety of furniture and equipment can be made available, please let us know your specific requirements to ensure they are available for your booking, eg number/size of tables, chairs, stage extensions, badminton equipment, music/audio equipment, grand piano, upright piano etc.
- Set up can be provided by Hall staff/volunteers by prior agreement and at additional cost.
- Individual bookings must include any time required for set up and take down.
