BISO Conscious Movement Dance

BISO Conscious Movement is a form of dance, there are no steps, you simply move how you feel to a music landscape.
Words drop away as you move the way that feels right for you.
No experience is necessary. You will be very welcome as you are.
This experience is for you if you are:
– looking for an expressive practice to drop into body sensations through dance- wanting to discover or recover yourself through the joy and simplicity of conscious movement
– looking for the freedom to express movement in your body in a safe environment and with like-minded people.
There’s a beauty to be found in repetition and familiarity so if you can attend all three classes, please do.
