Back again in 2025 following a fantastic first visit to The Civic in 2024, George! The Concert.
Imagine George Harrison is touring and playing his Beatle hits, solo hits and Traveling Wilburys hits. IMAGINE NO MORE!
“George! The Concert” is a heartfelt tribute to the legendary George Harrison, capturing the spirit and musical genius of the iconic Beatles guitarist and solo artist. This captivating show takes audiences on a journey through Harrison’s prolific career, from his early days with The Beatles to his ground breaking solo work and collaborations.
The tribute concert features an ensemble of talented musicians dedicated to honouring Harrison’s legacy with faithful renditions of his most beloved songs. The setlist includes timeless classics like “Here Comes the Sun,” “Something,” “While My Guitar Gently Weeps,” and hits from his solo career such as “My Sweet Lord” and “All Things Must Pass.”

Doors open at 6.30pm, this is a fully seated event and seats are on a first come first served basis. Bar available throughout the evening.
Tickets cost £22 and are available in person or over the phone during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 2.30pm) with no commission payable or online via the ticket link (with a commission charge).
All proceeds from all events and activities contribute to the upkeep of The Civic, most events will include a raffle and/or a bucket collection – with all donations gratefully received.
